VORARLBERG ISST... AUSGEZEICHNET!
500 Erlebnistester waren von Februar bis Juli 2012 unterwegs, um 300 heimische Gastronomiebetriebe der Kategorien Restaurants, Traditionelle Wirtshäuser, Ethnolokale und Kaffeehäuser zu besuchen und zu bewerten. Die besten Betriebe aus dieser Testreihe werden hier vorgestellt.
Mindestens drei Mal wurde jeder Betrieb anonym besucht und beurteilt. Bewusst handelte es sich bei den ausgewählten Erlebnistestern nicht um professionelle Gastronomiekritiker, sondern um „ganz normale Gäste“. Neben den kulinarischen Aspekten wurde das gesamte emotionale Erlebnis bewertet: von der freundlichen Bedienung über das stimmige Ambiente bis hin zum Preisleistungsverhältnis.
